fortunately I had some time to work on this! Got the bottom clipped so I could make sure I get the band lined up correctly and also clipped on (I have basting tape to help keep it in place when it’s time to sew) it’s starting to look like it should! #wrexham

Top and side seams done. Next up is iron, putting the “History only tells a story” band across the front bodice seam line to further secure the kit overlay, add the boning and pop on the bias tape binding on the bottom. Overall I am very pleased (it fits better on me than on my dress form) #wrexham

This one is going to be a corset for a pirate outfit for the Tampa game (play in a stadium with a pirate ship, get a Wrexham pirate)

Progress on the top for Tampa! The boning channels are hidden between the outter layer that used to be a Kit and the lining layer with canvas being used as the structure base. Have to do the straps and top and sides seams before I insert the boning.

Set an alarm so I can make sure I switch from The Pitt to the Wrexham game. At least it’s one of the rare normal times for me (sorry American supporters especially west coast) Can’t wait for all the games to be back at a normal time for me. Gonna be a few more years. #wrexhamafc

I have secured a red pinstripes fabric for the custom baseball jersey. This weekend (hopefully) will be the test run for the corset using the excess fabric I bought to “test run” the modified pattern to incorporate the kit. Next up- do I have time to do a 3rd for Philly?
