DJs should listen to/study Debussy. No one writes better thematic “blends” and it’s a great way to study/learn building flow in one’s sets.
And free cats for your home office companions.
New show tomorrow on In The Mix.
Lots of new stuff - Rennie Foster, Tarik Hensen, Los Hermanos, Orlando Voorn, Steingold. Some deep cuts from FreeRange catalog and Mood II Swing round out the set.

Oh wow
Let’s say the average Lyft is indeed $30. $15k gets you 500 Lyft rides.
Imagine actually just driving your own car. Get a cab if you don’t want to drive your own car.

In the beginning there was Jack
And Jack had a groove
And from this groove came the grooves of all grooves
And while one day viciously throwin' down on his box
Jack boldly declared "Let there be house"
And house music was born
I am, you see, I am the creator
And this is my house!

Same as previous photo with schedule and names of the GSG club, but with a strange shrimp man playing keyboards from a different dimension behind the words. Tonight I’m going to be playing some new music that I’m creating at this very moment. I’ve created some new drum patterns, and drum sounds from scratch, modeled it after some incredibly cool industrial beats that I’ve heard, but with my own flare, of course. I’ll definitely be using/playing my synths, and working on possibly adding some verbiage to the new piece, we shall see how far I get before the show goes on. The other tracks I’ve played before, but only a few times, and each time has been drastically different. It’s all live, and it can change at a drop of a hat. 🎩 🎩 🎩 🎩 🎩
Ziggy, the white cat sitting on a chair, looking directly at you with his ears askew, and an expression saying, “I fully expect you to be there”
A black-and-white selfie of me without my horns and naturally red skin, my fangs are out, and it’s just boring white old me with big black glasses wearing a black shirt showing how damned old I really am. Damn, I’m really old. Look at that old fart! Perhaps old people fart more. Mustache and trimmed beard, old gray hair. Even the eyebrows, damn. Fortunately there’s no ear hair yet…or IS there? 🤔😬🤷🏼♂️🤣
Hi folks, I’m playing on the GSG CLUB 127 tonight a tad earlier at 10PM EDT NYC for a 90 min set of live techno/industrial-influenced music. Come and move with me.
