NOT AN EXPERT but i think it’d be worth it to pull up some of the vinyl and really assess the moisture underneath. and if there is a lot get an expert lol. i think mold/severe water damage is usually due to consistent exposure, whereas a one-off you can dry out if you get to it in time

He reaches out to speed things along, to return to the breakneck pace that doesn’t give him room to think, but Iwaizumi thwarts him, threading his fingers with Tooru’s and pressing them into the mattress behind them. He leans down, hot breath puffing against Tooru’s neck as he traces a path of languid kisses. When he reaches the collar of Tooru’s shirt, his hands untangle from their place on the bed and carefully move under the fabric. The sudden feeling of hot skin on Tooru’s waist makes him shiver.
