Trump just vaporized $9 Trillion in stock market value with his stupid tariff policies. Half the loss resides in retirement 401ks, pensions and the like. The loss will never be made up with new high paying factory jobs for folks without retirement savings.

The Constitution expressly vests trade authority, including tariffs, in Congress. Republicans in Congress swore an oath to "defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies." That should include Trump imho, who has clearly abused any past lawful delegation of authority.

Just FYI, administrative warrants (like the ones used by ICE) are not judicial warrants (used by cops, signed by a judge).
