I'm not joking when I say this but I'm starting to like the enperry dualies now ever since they added the flow aura.
While I wouldn't say it's at the same level as vDualies or tDualies still, it's just fun and decent to use now.

Quick thoughts of the update:

The healthbar is honestly the best thing that they have added.

The flow aura is a nice change of pace to the game. It's fun and very rewarding it's a mechanic I do want them to keep in the future.

Hitbox change is noticeable mainly on human form

Aura

Tomodachi life looks so goofy and I love it. Also poor Angie 😭

I also forgot to say but the new Mechanic is definitely a test to see if they want to keep it in future splatoon games.

Hit box changes while the patch says what they change I want to see how it really is in game before I judge it.

While it's early to tell about Flow aura either will it be good or bad for the game I do want to see how they will handle this new mechanic in future patch (2/2)

My quick thoughts
I can say that this new mechanics is definitely a game changer. I can see certain weapons will be dominating with the flow aura.
Aggressive play is the direction that the devs want to go for now on.
Sj nerf make sense if this is the new direction we going. (1/2)

Health bars, Flow Aura, hitbox changes, AND S-Blast nerf.
