Some of this must depend on who's going to pay if you have to rebook. And I think there's more flights nowadaysthat can be rebooked without fee. But every time I've missed a flight because of traffic or other delays I've been rebooked for free.

No one ever says "We hired this candidate from an exceptionally weak candidate pool. Really, we were lucky that anyone at all could perform even the basic qualifications of the position."

Not only is it Jesus, but that red robe reads LDS Jesus to me.

People can't ignore just how bad these people are at their jobs.
I believe Depeche Mode wrote about this. In 1990.

I think it's relatively new; Google has been adding EV support features. Supposedly full route planning with charging stops is coming soon, which I guess will fix the issue?
So +1 to Google Maps for now estimating my battery usage on a trip; -20 for saying my fastest route is one that will use 112% of my battery, and not factoring in charging time which will eliminate the time savings.

I think every time I've flown in the past two years I've been delayed on one end or the other; and this was before the war and the TSA issues. Air travel will collapse if this keeps up. You either need a virtual pivot or to pad travel by a day on each side.
I recently ordered replacement silicone feet for my laptop. I assume this means once I receive and install them it will die.
What makes me truly weary these days is that so much of our public discourse, and our policy, is predicated on things that people want to be true, instead of what is actually true.
Sometimes a UPS becomes an IPS; that's when you need to replace it or at least its batteries.
Our kids only ever caught potatoes with their leprechaun traps.
Find me one person who got their kid to apply and enroll at a school because the quality of the parent and family newsletter was so amazing it was the inflection point.
Of all the things I'm going to spend energy on as a parent, reading the newsletter of a school that there is almost zero chance my child will actually go to, much less reading the dozen or so of them I'm getting, is not likely.
Also wondering why institutions think the way I will get my student to apply and go to your school is to sign me up for the parent and family newsletter.
