I hope I'm one of those people,

but because of a previous comment I've made on this thread, there's a doubt.
If I 'know' others are not getting the same treatment as myself then of course I act, if, as this thread has made me wonder, I am unaware I might not.

My take, without knowing any facts would be..
Sometimes people who are being given preferential treatment have no idea it's happening

I agree nobody should be put above others, that's down to the providers.

Since the aim is to recycle rather than waste a rethink on how we encourage taking to a centre rather than fly tipping..
If it costs to clean up, why not give a nominal payment to the large wagons that come into a recycle site..
Both cost money only one makes sense.
