Definitely played some extra lead melodies and took an extra solo or two. Also tried to interact with BB and Ryan more- but did less doubling of what they were doing. With 3 melodic instruments there’s a lot more room for harmonic expansion.
With the setlists we tried to pick songs we thought would work as a 5 piece while also keeping as much in the rotation as possible. For improv, intense listening, quick reaction time, malleability and creativity were needed more than ever. I found ways to step up and create some new textures as well

Former looper - 9 years experience - I occasionally have dreams I’m caddying. Man that was a great time with my friends & La Grange Country Club had a very Bushwood vibe back in the day.
Not sure what the source is for this but no worries on it being on archive. The venue has an archaic “origination fee” that charges artists to record/post. Not sure why they wouldn’t want to draw attention to their nice venue in Morristown.
