It depends of the use.

Some people spends minutes, hours scrolling on twitter, going back to it many times a day.

Others just post a thing and leave, no replies or interactions at all.

Those can handle Twitter by just "existing" on it but not spending time.

Still, the overal vibe is bad there.

And yes, I know many said they would switch and just abandonned their Bluesky to return on Twitter, it's fine I respect their choices.

There are still so many people here with us and I just appreciate finding their work here and fav as much as I can, easier here than Twitter for me!

Seen many artists, content creators deleting their account and many were shocked, even mutuals wondering why doing such a thing.

But life continues, there are many things you can still do without Twitter, building a following again is not easy but I prefer to redo all and in good health, vibe.

People will always need proofs online no matter what subject is shown.

I seen that so hard lately when watching Streamers, they play a game, show it, enjoy it and say "it's good" but TONS of people will ask "is it really good? Should I pay? I need proofs!"

It's hard to convince online, really.

Nothing can be done, the site seems to work against those in need but not those who creates the hate.

They screen what you post, harass you, makes you delete but already screened your stuff and post in on Reddit, what can you do?

It's so complicated and dangerous, I always warn people irl.

Always and it's really important to understand that.

We often think "all of that is internet, it's just datas, it's unreal, those people live far" etc but it affects you for real.

Best to be protected, knowing the dangers.

Also something that not many sais online but happens a lot:
Being popular on Twitter attract you:

Stalkers
People who screen anything you post
People stealing your work (artists) make money off in your back
Easy target for hate

And so on!

A huge reach is not always positive.
Just remember that.

But I also get the "How did you get THAT many followers back on Bluesky????"

my twitter account is almost dead.
so people began to follow me more here and more seriously.

It's a choice.

The best is to keep contact with people, mails, discords etc, so no matter where they are, you can always discuss projects, commissions etc

It's how many friends does and they still do great without Twitter at all!

Being happy and having a good mental health, health in general is far more important for me than going in a place that makes me feel uncomfortable just to get that bigger reach.

In the long term, feeling good for a while is better than that bad vibe Twitter offers you for free everyday.

Chilling, having fun and good vibes is more important for me than anything numbers now.

I liked it! But now I see that our lives can also be good without all of that, just remembering that we can have good times, peace, checking stuff online without stressing out.

Also you can't hate on people still using it if they make most of their money incomes here, even if the site is the wrongest ever, as long as you make money, no say will make them leave it.

For me, I don't care - but it's me.

I don't see many huge account doing that but I just like Bluesky more!

I just know that at this point, everytime something terrible happens on Twitter, a huge wave come back here ... and leaves.

Then the same process happens again and again, like waves at a beach.

It just comes and go.

Some use Twitter as a job ressource, it still works.
Otherwise, most avoid it.

I do the total opposite and many people find it weird, especially knowing the amount of followers I have on Twitter

But lately I just focus on where I can stay to chill, to just be "simple",no pressure

They wish I could be more active there but I just don't want?
