Funny thing was that many players who solved the puzzle did not even realize it was loosely based on Morse code 😅 The power of thematization!

Used a similar one for this "unidentified diagram" back in our WER IST WER escape room/book. Squares/rectangles were meant to be found as censor bars in a set of photographs.

i'd say, ask someone who has never played a game to download + navigate steam, EVEN IF they're interested in a specific game -- it's such a high barrier to entry! i had this experience with Thirsty Suitors over and over again -- people would love the concept & trailer but Steam was a huge impediment
