Best commercial can’t pick out a hidden face at more than 100 yds with a narrow focus bullet camera.. at that distance ‘seeing’ and ‘recognizing’ are two different things and you have to know the exact spot the persons at.. wide angle less… betting what’s on that building isn’t military grade..

Cameras also have a limited range..
