Are you a writer? Are you afraid of trying your hand at NaNoWriMo? Me too, but I tried this year, and guess what? I'm doing terribly, but I'm having a blast and actually making progress. You can do it too, give it a shot, failing is just succeeding but slower. You are the best you can be, remember.
The only solution is to play Burnout, 3 is my favorite, get some carnage going and release some of that stress.

Make something up, you are creative as hell and you should come up with wild stories to tell people. You don't have to claim they are true, but it could be a lot of fun. Maybe start a blog or journal and write it from the perspective of a character going through some shit, and then you can share.
