Law enforcement runs paid informants in violent organizations all the time without facing fraud charges. If you only criminalize that practice when itâs a disfavored civilârights group, you invite constitutional scrutiny.â

Screenshot of a Truth Social post by Donald J. Trump claiming a Virginia election was ârigged.â He alleges a late âmail-in ballot drop,â calls the result a âcrooked victory,â criticizes referendum language as deceptive, and urges courts to intervene
There is a dreary inevitability to it: every loss is declared ârigged,â every setback recast as conspiracy. This is not skepticism but a chronic incapacity to concede realityâan ego so fragile it must arraign the world to acquit itself
A post that states the following: AOC dropped one document⊠and the room went ice cold. A $4.7 million detention contract. $775 per child, per day. Infants. Toddlers. Every day a child remained behind bars, someone got paid. When Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez held up the contract bearing Stephen Millerâs signature and asked one devastating question â Who profited? â everything changed. No denial. No explanation. Just 419 seconds of silence. Then came the question no one expected: Did you or anyone tied to you benefit financially? Again⊠silence. A five-year-old detained for weeks worth tens of thousands in payments. Families separated became revenue streams. And this contract paid 160% more than previous agreements. Why? Who was cashing in? And why wouldnât Miller answer when the cameras were rolling? Some say the silence revealed more than words ever could. Some believe this is only the surface of something much darker. What was hidden in that 419-second freeze?
A â600% reductionâ would mean you reduced the price by six times the original amount, taking it far below zero, which is impossible. So going from 600 to 10 is about a 98.3% reduction, not 600%. This attempt at math may be why Trumps buisnesses ultimately failed.
Screenshot of a social media post. At the top, white text on a black background criticizes the MAGA movement as lacking teachers, scholars, scientists, artists, humanitarians, or public spirit, and calls it a movement of âseedy, soulless, contaminated, bottomâfeedersâ and âthe very worst of America.â Below the text is a photograph taken through dark glass doors, showing a crowd of Trump supporters indoors, some holding American flags and wearing red hats. Faces are blurred for privacy.â
Nothing so perfectly discredits a cause as the people who flock to it. When a movement has no teachers, no artists, no honest intellects in its ranks, it advertises its own squalor more efficiently than any critic could.
This is a dangerous perversion of civilârights law: using âfraudâ and âextremismâ rhetoric to punish those who challenge white supremacy, in direct violation of the Fourteenth Amendmentâs guarantee of equal protection and the First Amendmentâs protection of dissent.
A cartoon shows a suited Donald Trump standing and patting the head of a kneeling man in a studio setting with a microphone. The kneeling man clasps his hands and looks up admiringly. A speech bubble from Trump contains a crude, demeaning phrase.
Ambition, when stripped of self-respect, kneels easily. What you see is not allegiance but the quiet liquidation of dignity in exchange for a pat on the head.
2/2 Amend the Epstein Files Transparency Act to add real teeth: deadlines that matter, sanctions for willful delay or overâredaction, and a private right of action so victims or journalists can sue if DOJ ignores the law. We cannot let this die
1/1 Create an independent review panel (judges, victim advocates, civilâliberties lawyers) to audit DOJâs redactions and order reâreleases when they see overâsealing.
Graphic with a brown background carrying a headline that reads, âTrump Frees Executive in $1.6 Billion Fraud Case Just 12 Days Into 7-Year Sentence, Leaving 10,000 Victims Waiting,â followed by the website âTHEINTELLECTUALISTOFFICIAL.SUBSTACK.COMâ and the byline âThe Intellectualist.â Below the text is a photograph taken from behind of a formally dressed coupleâthe man in a dark suit and the woman in a long green gownâwalking down a carpeted corridor toward an open doorway and a waiting black vehicle, framed by white pillars and soft interior lighting.
Here is clemency as the court jester of plutocracy: a president treating a billionâdollar fraudsterâs sentence as a clerical error, while tens of thousands of victims are left to discover that in the American justice system, the only unforgivable crime is to lack friends in high office.
Screenshot of a long social media post from an account labeled âDonald J. Trumpâ discussing Iran, criticizing Democrats as weak and traitorous, boasting about his military buildâup and Space Force, and promising that in his second term he will use American military power decisively to clean up what he portrays as decades of failure and âmessâ in U.S. foreign policy, especially regarding Iran and Venezuela
Trump starts a war without informing either Congress in general or Democrats in particular, refuses all advice especially that of Congress in general and Democrats in particular and discovers ending a war is a lot harder than starting one, blames Democrats.
Classic Trump
oops, I stand corrected. Tahnk-you, I should have verified that before posting, will delete
This isnât integrity; itâs credibility spent in the dark.
A graphic claims a three-act scheme to manipulate markets using geopolitical announcements. It shows a Trump post about Iran reopening a strait, alleges large trades occurred just before the announcement, and says Iran later clarified conditions, while traders still profited.
When power discovers it can move markets with a lie, it will not hesitate to trade in blood as a form of currency.

Screenshot of a tweet from the account â@PopBaseâ with a black background. The tweet text at the top says, âDonald Trump says âa whole civilization will die tonightâ in a new post.â Below on the left is an official-looking photo of Donald Trump in a blue suit and tie standing in front of U.S. flags; his face is visible but partially cropped. On the right is a screenshot of a Truth Socialâstyle post attributed to âDonald J. Trumpâ with a blue and purple gradient background. The postâs text (in white) begins, âA whole civilization will die tonight, never to be brought back again. I donât want that to happen, but it probably will. However, now that we have Complete and Total Regime ChangeâŠâ and continues with language about revolutionary change, ending â47 years of extortion, corruption, and death,â and âGod Bless the Great People of Iran!â The overall impression is a social media graphic highlighting Trumpâs threat that a âwhole civilization will die tonight.ââ
If your foreign policy strategy is âmaybe Iâll wipe out a civilization tonight,â you donât need more power, you need a padded room
A meme by Jenny Wood Carver that says: Gonna stop saying White Evangelicals and start saying Pulp Fiction Christians
I love this
It political theater: a cynical bargain between a vain, secular president and credulous religious lackeys , with both sides knowing exactly what they are doing.
Democrats should demand Schumer step aside. We cannot stand for War, occupation and genocide
Thereâs something batshit crazy in a Secretary of War mistaking Pulp Fiction for holy writ. Blasphemy should at least be literate.
Schumer as a willing collaborator in war crimes and ethnic cleansing. Chuck Schumer has made clear that his true constituency is the war machine and the apartheid state, not the people he claims to represent; He must go, otherwise the Dems are complicit in War crimes

The âwar on crimeâ now means immunity for the loyal and absolution for the seditious. The system is designed with overlapping checks, courts, states, civil law, Congress, and the electorate. Each is imperfect alone; together, theyâre the only way to box in abuses of power
