Grant the Charmeleon and Lee the Cardinal are mechanics in a garage within a go-karting pit lane. Grant has duct taped a couple of tubes running from the Shop Vac into pocket of his and Lee's mechanic suits. This causes them to inflate massively, with Lee somehow not noticing until he is beyond immobility. The space is cluttered and suggesting they cannot really move anywhere from where they are.

I'm Luigi!" Yoshi turned his head and stares at Luigi with a surprised expression.
