This week, before the ruling was released, before we had a chance to appeal, they started killing the living desert they’ve illegitimately claimed. So much destruction, all in service of the cruelty industry. A new gate on Brekke near Houghton will allow them to clear the east side of the land.

Pima County judge tosses lawsuit over Project Blue data center rezoning

Last Friday, a judge dismissed our lawsuit against Pima County alleging violation of public meeting law. The county misled the public about the zoning plan for Project Blue. They always knew it would be a data center. Our attorneys are planning their appeal.
