Yes. I'm thinking of dragging my friend into it and starting small. I have most of the material on hand.

It’s really difficult how they handle it and I wish there was more education and support. I am currently battling doctors dismissing my diagnosis. I have been assessed 3 times but the psychiatrists who are supposed to help me get the medication claim they don’t see it but are not assessing me too.

The military doctors, when I was a child, completely wrote off my ADHD as "just a kid" diagnosis.

Yeah, that definitely makes it hard. Maybe get someone involved with you so it becomes a body double situation
