it’s on my left upper/back arm, close to shoulder area, the purple is somewhat larger than my palm. When I scrubbed, on rough old uneven concrete, I somewhat did a ski like roll to break my fall

Big ugly bruise

I took a stumble last week. This photo does no justice to the colors of this big ugly bruise today, with at least an inch jaundice yellow framing & marbling though the purple, it’s faded looking by the morning sunlight 😳 Ow! I wish I took a photo every day to see the improvement, looks so Zombie 🧟‍♀️
