By a vote of 8-1, the justices agreed with Kaley Chiles, the licensed counselor challenging the law, that the ban discriminates against her based on the views that she expresses in her talk therapy.

Coordinators of U.S. political action against queer youth have created moral panic over a fabricated crisis to fuel legislative action against a marginalized student population, and all students will for years suffer for it. Research shows educators rarely teach anything at all about LGBTQ issues.
I analyzed over 10 years of anti-trans legislation. Over 330 bills have passed, with ~300 of them in just the last 5 years. There is no precedent in American history for so many bills to target one particular minority group like this in such a short timeframe.
