Infuriating. I saw the same kinds of thing happen with white washing korra, Nessa, Yoruichi, just too many instances.

I literally have to schedule time for it and I don't like it!

This reminds me of my biggest complaint about Godzilla: King of the Monsters.

They had the animators make these beautiful monster tableaus that were borderline renaissance/baroque artworks! Then the editing was so fast you could barely appreciate them!

Oh yeah. There's a movie I believe called Son of Godzilla I remember with a little muppet creature that blew like atomic breath rings. So it had to happen. I just wasn't sure if we got a name for the mom anywhere else.

See I was out here googling "does Godzilla have a mate!"

Apparently it does in the animated series but we don't really acknowledge that.

I never saw that one and that monster doesn't get top billing when I look that one up. The only 3 mentioned are Ebirah, Godzilla and Mothra.

And I always shipped the two (Godzilla and Mothra) after their first outing I saw of the Toho movies.

The number of folks saying Mothra got me a bit confused. Kinda feel like that's the main girl.

My answer was going to be Shimo.

Mothra's kind of the main chick though. Weird as that is.

I'm really tired of a two tiered election system where real candidates have to have real policies and are held to often brutal standards

and clown vibe candidates can be caught in print defending war crimes and saying slurs and refuse to cover it or care.

In addition to the other stuff I share little worldbuilding snippets with patrons each month. For March and part of April I was sharing information about the headchiefs of #Ha-Nahn. This is Bushra, the last of the 3.

Went through and did my goal check in today for the first quarter of the year. I've been more successful in going after my goals for this year than I thought.

To be clear, they weren't the partner yet. This was the thing that made us realize there might be something there.

I legitimately describe this scene to people like it came out of an anime. The fact we were relentlessly flirting earlier in the night did not help.

Anime convention.

My partner and I trying desperately not to make a situation awkward sharing a bed in a hotel room due to me trying to be nice but not at all thinking the situation through.

... ... Yeah I can literally picture the scene in one of those like 60-70s comedies (there's a specific way those are filmed that feels like it works in my head).
