I love The Police, not in any way a fashionable statement but I'll stand by it. My first album and I still know exactly where it jumped. The title track is my favourite song on the album and like the rest it's really the drumming that makes it for me.

My first album by The Jam and my favourite song on it. So, had the LP bought it again on cassette later when i had learnt to drive, and then again on CD when it was the rage. Now 45+ years later back to vinyl and yes i had to buy it again.

A kindly Uncle gave me a handful of home recorded cassettes (seems it didn't kill the music industry) with no clue as to the contents. Nearly turned off as the piano intro didn't appeal to my 12 year old self, glad I left it on.
