If you havent done it yet, just for one day. Look to your friend, family, whoever has your back through thick and thin. Who has made you felt safe communicating and just being REAL with them. A moment of gratefulness can go a long way. Just saying it as cheesy as it sounds will matter so much.
Sorry for the negative energy this post. Fen RARELY ever does this cause fen always wants to look forward with hope and optimism but sometimes these feelings will resurface and when they do, it hurts alot.
a weird reality with broken people who refuses to even try to look at things. Fen isnt sure what the expense is to those that refuse. Is it pride? Is it public reputation? A lack of trust? Or is it just blind?
Fen just wants to live a simple and comfortable life. Is really that a bad thing?
one sided friendships alot of the times and fen always gives the benefit of the doubt in some way shape or form. Fen is ALWAYS willing to communicate. Always willing to take the inconvenience if it means a stable relationship but its never reciprocated at all.

Reflecting on fen's flaws and trying to better it even just a bit but nothing tears fen down more than when things out of fen's control steers into a direction that could have worked out if it had more understanding and communication.
