Veganism is an integral aspect of the Slow Food movement, aiming to reduce animal cruelty. By advocating for plant-based diets,it helps to minimize the suffering of animals in farming practices. Additionally, it aids in land conservation, as dairy farms and cattle farms occupy a lot of land.
