I was inspired to make lasagna and I needed to make a meal for a family going through a rough patch, so I made some for them and some for us. We weren’t disappointed and I don’t think they were either.

Hey all. I’ve been lurking, but not posting. I haven’t been feeling very social lately. I have still been cooking. I really enjoy only cooking for 2. Tonight my wife is raving about the pan seared sea bass served over saffron pasta from the farmer’s market with a saffron white wine sauce. It is good

I’m proud of the work I did and the folks I worked with, but I don’t miss the profession. I’ve let my 2 licenses lapse and I don’t see ever renewing them. I never did actually stamp a drawing.
