I was inspired to make lasagna and I needed to make a meal for a family going through a rough patch, so I made some for them and some for us. We weren’t disappointed and I don’t think they were either.

This is why I don’t like people and choose to play alone. 🤨

A while back, I realized I owned a lot of really good games that don’t get played enough. Since then I’ve drastically reduced the number of new games added to the collection. That number isn’t zero and I’m very excited to add this one to the collection. #Azadi #Shazn

With the kids away at school, I’ll probably make 2 square pans rather than the typical 18x9 pan and freeze one for later.

That’s why I prefer to prep my lasagna the day before I eat it. There’s always leftover components. You’ve inspired me to make some this week!

Christmas eve dinner was beef wellington. The family was impressed.

Hey all. I’ve been lurking, but not posting. I haven’t been feeling very social lately. I have still been cooking. I really enjoy only cooking for 2. Tonight my wife is raving about the pan seared sea bass served over saffron pasta from the farmer’s market with a saffron white wine sauce. It is good

I’m proud of the work I did and the folks I worked with, but I don’t miss the profession. I’ve let my 2 licenses lapse and I don’t see ever renewing them. I never did actually stamp a drawing.
