Rewatching Agatha All Along and I can't decide if Jennifer Kale declaring that Eye of Newt is mustard is a) just bad research or b) a clue that Kale is a bit of a flim-flam artist with ingredients.
(Eye of Newt is not mustard seed; that was made up in the 80s. Newt's eyes don't look like that.)

Michael Grade has always been, and always will be, a complete waste of skin. Absolute post turtle of a man.

On the other hand, that sticker does stop your box standard stupid person from complaining about the presence of a sanitary bin in a male toilet.
Anything that stops TERFs from their unique brand of perfomative malice is good.
World's Worst HeadTeacher, iirc. Absolutely more about courting the media than anything else, and seemingly delights in being cruel to children.
They should be on a list and not taken seriously.
I mean if you like I can ask BLeeM what Fortitude 3 does the next time there's a press thing?
I think it's reasonable when someone does such a public heel turn to look for external causes. It's the money. Or the mold, drain cleaner, getting kicked in the head by horse etc.
Alas the world rarely has such clean answers. Unless there's an invisible and angry horse wandering about kicking folk.
In my experience it depends very much on the drugs.
"Final Blow" in this context just makes me think that those at the top have a cocaine habit.
TLDR: Warner Bros flooded the market a while back and the license is easy and not as expensive as you'd expect.
Certainly Wizarding World seems to be on a fast track to being a thing of the past. It's got a stink to it which means folk don't cherish it. Which means you can't exploit the nostalgia.
Oh 100% they are a shit human. The mold story (which is based on a wallpaper pattern) does seem like an attempt to exonerate her and I'm not down with that.
Drug-use rumours have been floating around for years, with no solid story or incident. Again, not an excuse.
I always assumed it was Nanny who watches The Watchmen, as per the entirely canonical Watchmen Babies...
She doesn't have a mold problem. Drugs on the other hand...
Who the fuck sues the Girls Guides and WI?
And on that point:
Who the fuck takes money from American Anti-Rights groups to fuck with women and claim it's for their own good? And what sort of fucking government lets that happen?
"Space. The final frontier. These are the voyages of the USS Sure Jan..."
Oh noes, I'll have to rewatch Andor and Agatha for research reasons...

Story from dexerto: Seven dogs stolen from their owners have gone viral after escaping their captors and making their way home The group is believed to have travelled around 17 km together led by a corgi across highways and fields

Just thinking. Imagine social media when The Young Ones started.
"Who the fuck is this Mike guy."
"Uurgh a hippy."
"Talking gerbils??"
Give. Things. A. Chance.
Just breathe.
Screenshot of a tweet: Ben Graham @BenGrahamUK X.com Britain has been a Christian nation for over 1,400 years. Through wars, plagues, and countless kings, Easter has always been celebrated. Yet now, Cadbury won't even use the word 'Easter' on their eggs. When did celebrating British traditions become controversial? Above a photo of Easter Eggs
Screenshot of a tweet: ClIr Jaymey Mclvor * @McivorJaymey x.com Any chance I can get an Easter Egg please M&S? Will they ever learn It's like they do it on purpose to offend. Easter is not National Chocolate Day. Which extremists are you trying hard to not offend? @marksandspencer @GBNEWS Above images of Easter Eggs in M&S
🧵And we're off, ladies and gentlemen!
It's "they're banning the word EASTER" week.
Regular as clockwork...
So here comes a history lesson and media lesson all rolled into one thread!
PS, I can't believe there's no easter egg emoji?
This was the best I could do - 🗿🥚
🤣 I digress!

Why not both?
More Sketch Comedy is good, especially as social media has kind of kicked it's teeth in. (It doesn't help that Boomer generation comics are claiming Sketch is Dead for reasons that feel ego-driven.)
SNL UK was fun, long may it mutate and inspire more sketch comedy and news satire.
SNL UK: Linus Karp may now have competition for 'Best Princess Diana'.
It's better than current US SNL, by a county mile. Saturday Live was a different beast entirely.
Absolutely delighted that a sketch comedy show looks promising, and the tactical use of a Graham Norton was quite wise.
Yup.
OK, so SNL UK seems to be going okay so far. Weekend Update seems to be actually funny, it's doing much better than I expected
SNL UK - It's trying very hard not to suck. It's hit and miss so far, but it's so keen...
