I finished my first quilt! It's all cotton. I made the top with a machine, but the rest is all hand-quilted. I was especially inspired by the art of Jessica Poundstone. The specific colors are just based on the options I had at the store (they didn't have anything nice-looking that was orange).

Kirby is sleeping on the beach. Someone has piled up sand around Kirby to make him look like a pretty mermaid with flowing hair. They even gave Kirby a pretty seashell in his sand hair!
