Went to the Rapids game today to see one of the greatest of all time play the game. He did not disappoint. I got to see a trademark beautiful Messi goal in person. Very happy about that.
(Sorry Rapids fans. I would have loved to see your side win. It was a hard-fought game.)

A stack of books including The Power Broker, Shogun, Neuromancer, and at least a dozen others

Here's a stack of all the physical books I read in 2025. In addition, on the kindle, I read all of Jane Austen's novels, at least a dozen John Scalzi novels, the remaining five books in the Bookseller's Tale series, and at least a few others I'm not remembering right now.

The Magician's Book: A Skeptic's Adventures in Narnia by Laura Miller. A great read for those of us who loved Narnia as kids, but when revisiting as adults struggled to rectify its overt christian themes with out our skeptical worldviews.
