I have noticed though the far right has infiltrated my time line. Unwarranted attacks through DM. Like I mentioned before. I wish I had the answers. I’m still trying to figure out the election.

I think there are two ways to go. A lot of athletes choose I’m doing nothing. I’m done with all the work. Others, like me. Find a sweet spot with playing/learning games that we didn’t compete at. Move it or loose it is my moto for myself.

I work out three times a week now. Play tennis or pickle ball once or twice a week. Not a big fan of the pickle. Friend needed someone to play with. 🤷‍♂️

Tough one on the arthritis and Lupus. Do you work out everyday? I changed everything when I got older. My eating habits are so much different.

From your post, I gather you work or own a gym. I just assumed you were still competing. As a former competitive athlete I know the work when no one is watching. I loved it though.
