Kindness mattes. I tripped and fell during my morning run this morning. A woman driving by stopped and made sure I was ok. Stayed with me for a few minutes and even offered to drive me home. So appreciated. I am fine. Just a few bruises and frustrated with myself. Be kind ❤️❤️
