Considering that it’s on a global streaming service, that doesn’t have access to the episodes from the 60’s, 70’s and the 80’s, RTD2 seems to have had more fanwan-, sorry fanservice than the lobby at Gallifrey One.
A creative decision that I wouldn’t have seen coming!
I seem to recall in 2005 that RTD went out of his way to avoid referencing the Classic Series.
