"You can't use what they actually said against them" kinda thing?

Over the years of his unfortunate relevance I have sought in vain to find Nigel Farage defining what he likes about this country - and it’s astonishingly difficult to do – which is weird really because he is without a doubt the most influential and best known English nationalist of our era.

Democrats won the redistricting fight in Virginia. Was Trump’s gerrymandering war all for nothing? The Democratic counteroffensive to GOP efforts to redraw maps sets the stage for Republicans to lose in the midterms

The GOP gerrymandering gamble is looking to be a bust — or at best a draw — for the president, after Democrats fought back with their own redistricting efforts

Tucker Carlson lied about Barack Obama every day for eight years. He can start his "Oh, sorry" era by apologizing to the Obamas. Otherwise, he's just thinking of his own future after Trump. #Tucker

Everything Keir Starmer has done for Britain so far.

This is important information that every person in the UK should know but the media will never show it or talk about it.

Can’t wait to see what the BBC News thinks Starmer should resign because of next week.

Maybe Farage conning a street into believing they were getting their bills paid?

Or Tice dodging £100k in taxes?

Any mainstream media coverage of this? The depth of corruption is staggering.

Given the lack of BBC coverage of all the really dire Refuk candidates that actually passed their vetting, I'm surprised Farage hasn't tweeted a 'thank you for your inattention to this matter' message.

His incompetence and yes, unwarranted arrogance on display for the whole world to see. He's his own worst enemy. Diplomacy is dead if you keep posting threats before and during negotiations. And not one of his minion is willing to stop him. 🙄

The Epstein files contain evidence about the sexual abuse of women, and especially minors. That was terrible. But there's something even worse in those files: evidence of billions of dollars of corruption. Many wealthy people who were not involved in sex abuse were involved in financial crimes.

Now that Farage has ditched the £ for crypto, presumably he won’t object if the UK does the same and joins the €.

🔴 Britain’s Solar Revolution Is Here and We Should Be Shouting It From the Rooftops

Ed Miliband is helping to turn the country into a nation of ‘solar zealots’ and I'm enthusiastically along for the ride. Thankfully I'm not alone.

Trump never ran for president in 2024 because he had a plan to fix anything; he ran for president because he wanted to stay out of jail.

Farage missing from #PMQs, just like he was missing from the security vetting statement yesterday.

Anywhere that’s not Clacton or Parliament!

Starmer has acknowledged many times the appointment of Mandelson was a mistake, first time was when he fired him in September 2025, he said it again when the 2009 emails were revealed in January and again in March 2026. How many more times does he have to say this before the media move on!

Turnout is traditionally low too, but it’s a very tense situation here in Wales where Reform have made great progress. Talk about turkeys and Christmas. Voted for Brexit, lost huge EU grants and now complaining about Labour. You couldn’t make it up.

Excellent points, my sanity is restored. I went BTL at the Grauniad where with a few exceptions, they hate him. I think they want some non-existent existent nirvana.

The media have always gone after Lab PM's and govs. The viciousness and vigour which has characterised the attacks since July '24 has been incredible. It's far worse than any previous Lab admin. It may be the times in which we live but the seeming hatred of Starmer in the media is shocking.

In January 2025, they tried to avenge the resignation of Liz Truss by pretending that Rachel Reeves was about to lose her job because bond yields were rising across the globe and the value of the pound marginally fell, as if this was comparable to what happened during and after the mini-Budget.

. . . and let's remind ourselves: two of those billionaires are Rupert Murdoch (Times, Sun, etc) and Lord Rothermere (Faily Fail).
