I don’t know the full details of either situation but on my admittedly limited knowledge I get major shades of what happened to Amber Heard from this… I know it’s more complex than the Blake situation but a lot of it felt coordinated.

Today’s movies. People will always say that films aren’t as good as they used to be but that’s just a sentimentality and nostalgia thing. As long as cameras exist films as lovely and unique as these will too.

I’ve always found Olivier a bit overrated but when he was good he was VERY good.

I bought this book second hand. It’s inscribed by a former owner in New Jersey and within its pages was a charming letter received by a previous owner. I really do love it when that happens ❤️

Next book and I’m annoyed in the first sentence that it positions the subjects as bring lesbian “after they tired with men” 😡

Just finished this. A beautiful story of two people too in love to function together. A story of mental illness and artistic madness. Highly recommended.
