Okay, did you mean something like this? It works with all colors except black, which is a bit reddish for some reason.

This is what I'm using now. I draw the top two with a mask and can change the color of my eyebrows or eyes (black and white). The bottom one is for blush on my cheeks.

It's a damn simple and effective technique. No low poly or textures are required. I recently found a pretty good shader for skin, but I can’t figure out how to connect attributes to it🥲

upd: I wasn't very happy with the color in Frieren old render, so I updated the photos. Had to change Eevee to Cycles.
