i have about 100 hours in elden ring and probably 75 of them are in limgrave

truly unfair that the first ten hours of this extremely uneven game are just completely perfect. ten hours is a good length for a game they should have just released this part and called it a win!!

elden ring prob the game i oscillate the most wildly on with the most frequency. currently in an “elden ring is the greatest game ever made” kind of mood because i started another new save and i’m in limgrave again. i know exactly when and why my tune will change once more

having the characters Say That Stuff Out Loud automatically literalizes a whole bunch of abstract stuff from the original in such a way that you can’t paper over anything in quite the same way. for better and for worse!

i think the ffvii remake had to be a trilogy the second they decided it had voice acting

my favorite thing about it is that even if you accept all of its absurd Multiverse Rules it still doesn’t make any sense on its own term because it insists that it takes place in the same universe as all the other x-men movies. which don’t take place in the same universe

deadpool & wolverine sucks but it’s honestly a pretty good bit to write an entire screenplay out of incomprehensible plot contrivances that exist exclusively to excise the fox x-men movies from the franchise and then end it by refusing to excise the fox x-men movies from the franchise

i’m not even sure if i like this one but you can use an elemental attack to exploit an enemy’s weakness and gain an advantage in battle. which is always nice
