Having a ton of ideas I want to do ALREADY sure still...gives me anxiety...but forcing myself to get them done as quick as possible will only end in disaster, I gotta be slow and not worry if i will take too long, why worry about the future when I have to live the moment

it sounds a little stupid, but really...I have to just....not worry if I haven't posted art in a long while, I'm not a fast artist...I'm a slow artist, this is who I am and I should embrace it

my art looks a lot better when I am slow and put so much love in it, and it makes me feel...amazing

I've been taking some psychologist appointments for over a year already to get over this overwhelming anxiety and...I made a new mentality for myself that's been doing absolute wonders in my life, I can just take all the time I want to make a singular picture as high quality as I want it to be

I would often get really...really upset if a picture I just finished doesnt surpass my expectations...or makes me feel like it could have been better if I just had a little more time....
it would actually make me feel so stressed and anxious constantly pushing myself to get stuff done

I learned that, I really don't need to push myself to get art quickly, when I first made this account, I thought I would need to push myself to be continuously getting content done...often making me upset if I would take too long (over a week and a half) to make another new picture

life has been....pretty mixed actually, ups and downs here and there, but most importantly...havent been doing that much more art actually...but it taught me something important, more onto that down below
