So really, anything helps, it doesn't matter the amount or even some advice. Just please no judgement. My husband and I work hard and we don't spend frivolously, we're just average people trying to have some heat in our house.

I'm sure it's frustrating to read this from me, I can be dramatic sometimes, but 3+ years of this is just too much. We haven't had any peace with this furnace at all... And yes it did pass inspection. Yes we maintain it. We had techs out no less than 3 times in 2023...
