I play on PS5 95% of the Time as well tbh since I just find it way more convenient 😅

But I gotta admit, having more poses and especially better facial expressions is really amazing 😍

It's always fuzzy to set it up and I still really use as few Mods as possible because I'm too lazy for the set ups, but Doing VP in Cyberpunk on PC with Path tracing is just amazing 🤩

Depends on the background, but agreed, the dark Background is typical for Flash shots when the Subject isn't on the Ground or in front of other things. The Lego Figure for example is a flash shot Stack

A Mix of both is, like most of the Times, the way to go here, at least on still standing Subject

Absolutely yes, and the light Problem can be easily solved with a flash and a diffusor, you can even do a diy one for macros with a Pringles can, or do it like me and get a real cheap one for 15 bucks on Amazon 😁😁

/3 Lens so far, besides the usual softer image wide open, but I don't think there is a lens that doesn't have that.
gotta try out some portraits with it as well, the focal length seems fitting for headshots, usually I use my nifty 50 for those but who knows 😁

My only gripe so far with the Lens is the slow AF, especially when I compare it to my 28-105 L Lens on my Canon. But macro is mostly done in predictable environments so I think I can work with that.

Image Quality wise I 💬 NK it's really a decent /2

I'm based in Germany and I have to admit the 166 Euro were really a steal, bought it on Calumet, it's comparable to mpb and the Tamron is around the Price you mentioned there in Germany as well.
I always thought the Sigma was more expensive but maybe I always had the prices for the "Art" versions 1/

I mainly bought it since I had lots of fun last year capturing mushrooms and Flowers, really looking forward to making more shots like these. As you said, it's an entire new World 😁😁

Considering the Sigma is way more popular and way more expensive (the Tamron was 166 Euro used) I assume that the Sigma is the higher quality Lens 🙈😅
The Autofocus is pretty slow on that lens I gotta say, but the Picture Quality so far is really decent especially for that price 🤩🤩
