Yesterday attended a "Hack & Tell" event at c-base Berlin, and it was breathtakingly beautiful!! Welcoming, supportive, inclusive, and _really_ well moderated: silences avoided, awkward questions uncharged and redirected, distractions channeled into conversations. Lovely, energizing meetup!
