My veins are so small and fickle. It took a nurse 5 or 6 tries to start an IV today, but each one was unsuccessful. I also almost passed out from how much I was anticipating each stick. That's never happened before. 😵‍💫

I accidentally stumbled into productivity last night and finished my first big assignment for a class in one sitting.

I put on music and started reading the instructions, thinking, "I'll just get it started", but then several hours later I have 259 lines of code. 💀

There was this one remote job I applied to recently that ended up being fake because the company's account on the hiring site got hacked. Then they made a post about it when they got access back. 🫠

I was so close to getting an interview today, but my availability was just slightly short of what they needed.

I'm glad they called back so soon. Most other places don't even respond. (Or the listings are fake, or the spot is not actually available on the company website.)

I love these bows. I understand how to make the tie-in straps on my own now, so I could just make a bunch of different colored wristbands for myself now. I don't really have many accessories I wear, so thsi would be nice (and cheap).

I learned the half-double crochet yesterday and followed a video to make this bow and strap.

I made a list of things I want to make for the catpaw cursor from Samperson. I needed a good reference for a Narwa arm (This is actually Allmother) and I think I learned a little bit about Blender while trying to view it.

I'm not an artist, but mspaint worked well for my first edit. 😌

I'm still on my first playthrough and I'm really enjoying it. The backgrounds are really impressive, I think. Especially in contrast to the cute little character models.

I was stressing out a lot today trying to clean, run around and do things on my own for once, but when my parents came down, my mom made my mood much better than it has been all day. 😌

I spent the last few hours packing stuff to move to my new apartment. Those Tetris 99 matches and mobile puzzle games really did mean something; I don't even have that many boxes. 😌

I already preordered one, but I will gladly take a second because I am greedy. >:^)

I also start an internship that requires me to drive 2+ hours away for orientation first, so I have to mentally prepare for that. I hate interstates and I've only driven on them a handful of times, so hopefully I get there fine and don't crash horribly or something. 🫠

I'm so excited for next week. 🥹

I keep trying to occupy myself with stuff like going back to the gym and "attempting" to get back to my hobbies (and failing), but the Switch 2 has increasingly been at the forefront of my mind as the release date gets closer.

I keep checking the Walmart app every so often to see if anything has changed with my Switch 2 preorder. And I'm on high alert for any possible emails.

Every time I get a notification, I get disappointed because it's just Amazon recommending me bullshit I don't want/need or a Twitch notification. 😭

I saw a bird fly through my backyard with a huge wingspan that seemed as tall as me. I went out to get a picture and it was a vulture. :D

I only learned we had these a year or two ago and now I see them often. Probably because of all the roadkill...
