This image of home just came down from the Artemis II crew.

Taken after their translunar injection burn, there are aurorae at top right and lower left, and zodiacal light at lower right.

I cannot overstate just how awful this stupid fucking bill proposal is

- adding backdoors into encryption on OS level
- "sniff" every single message before it gets encrypted AND SAVE IT CENTRALLY
- let a goddamn hallucinating "AI" mark people as criminals

it needs to be stopped, post haste

It was a lot of fun to make, but I ran out of time and only managed to finish 11 levels out of the 25 I had planned :D Some corners were also cut during playtesting, which left the game in an unbeatable state. I plan on finishing the remaining levels at some point after the jam ends :)

Artists want to make art because it makes us feel good. AI is designed to make money on art by taking it away from us. It is going to be faster than us. Better than us. And it will make more money than us.

It was never about money, but the people in charge of AI made it precisely only about money.

Implementing water physics may be difficult, but at least it's fun (unlike fixing the UI to support in-editor movement). Also, screenshotting now works!

Recently, I've been working on a game made using almost pure Java (no engine, just some libraries). Here's the custom level editor I've finished implementing today. It even has multiple brush settings :)

Hey!

I thought that I should probably post something, so this is my first post here on Bluesky!

You can expect gamedev and maths-related posts from me.
I sometimes write about other things that are on my mind, but these are sort of the main ones.

(btw, the frequency of my posts varies a lot).
