Going off my word here, I will be taking a long break from social media, both to work on myself and also to apologise for all those I caused pain to. I want to apologise again, and I will be genuinely working on self improvement for the next month or so.

Jeez- I'm sorry this happened and I'm sorry I caused a reignition of this trauma. I really did not mean for this outcome.
I take complete and full responsibility for my actions and I'm really sorry for all the trouble I've caused- I tend to get a little overzealous at the prospect of friendship and clearly I took it much too far this time. I will work on improvement for the future, I promise.
