I just cannot understand how Trump is such a powerfully anchored fulcrum around which people and institutions pivot, upending decades of precedent, tons of settled law, even lifetime commitments to principles. For what?

If you’re right I’m relieved to give credit. Paul Gillis, ok, great photograph.

Once a month I travel to some of the midlands on the train and by about Rugby, I am definitely tensing up in advance of all the ukery pokery.

…it’s not the ukes I dislike it’s the ‘meet’ part, if that wasn’t clear.

The only thing that could convince me to go to a uke meet is a promise that nobody else would show up and nobody was expected to play his instrument and nobody was allowed to speak or take off their blindfolds.
Now I’ve realised that ‘uke meat’ sounds like a buffet treat

Well, don’t feel so bad, no man can juggle three ukes in this economy.

Incidentally, after all these years being unsure why Charles McKeown chose that harsh Irish accent for his blood and thunder prophet, I suppose it’s Paisley, is it?

I often repost other artists while brilliantly forgetting to plug my own stuff then moaning about my lack of sales. So with that in mind look upon my works ye mighty and think that would look smashing in the living room. marswasrubbish.etsy.com

20 years ago in the UK I'd never heard of Tina Fey or Amy Poehler then there was 30 Rock, then there was Parks and Recreation, then they hosted the Golden Globes three times then they each wrote a book and all these things are among my favourite things. What a heady time it was.

Instead of asking chatgpt, why not ask a librarian? You'll get real answers and they won't tell you to kill yourself.

It’s significant that he ‘deleted’ it when nothing is ever deleted in the virtual world. It’s like a jury being instructed to disregard that question. Too late! It’s too late, the bulldozers already took out the East Wing, the pardons have already been granted.

Thank you for this extra detail. My point was about the mental weakness of the president and his ludicrous claim. Either he is insane coz he claimed he saw himself as a doctor (“That’s E. Jean,” “No, that’s Marla), or AI is shit because that’s the best it could do.
Your response clarifies, thanks!

But it’s what he claimed, no?
