There are no bad choices here - I was going to say to this converge is everything you want but it's kind of more. Ted Leo and his pharmacists try a lot of cool things, and when they pull off, it makes you applaud like someone took a speccy in a final your team isn't playing in

I have to say I used to enjoy describing where I lived as "Lower Downer" (the Northbourne side), seperate from "Upper Downer" and "Proper Downer".
