It’s not perfect but much better than most medical shows. The administration pushing them to see patients faster, then not helping them with the patients waiting for rooms is sooooo spot on! Also pushing patient satisfaction scores over practicing good medicine!

I really like this show, but definitely have had some PTSD from memories of med school and residency. The hospital administration really reflects real world attitudes and makes me soooooo mad 😡
