Not really. I think, as a European, that there's something wrong with how schools work in the USA.

Getting indoctrinated that your country is "the best", will "stay the best", critical thinking goes away.

No country is better than another. We all have different positives & negatives.

In my opinion, the "zoo hypothesis" seems the most likely to me. I also believe we're not alone, and that extraterritorial beings would be more of an ally, than an enemy.

Good question: I don't, actually. Because I believe that no "intelligent" species would actively destroy their one and only planet, while having the knowledge of what they're doing is only corrupting their world. 🤯

The whole "America First" movement creates enemies, as other countries are (apparently) lesser in the eyes of the USA.
