This is an absolute betrayal to people who faithfully served their country. There is not a single Republican on earth who gets to utter the lie that they “care about our troops” now

My toxic trait is saying yes to things I have the ability to do, without considering if I have the time, energy, or motivation.

I really appreciated Bob in Thunderbolts and the thoughtful depiction of bipolar disorder.

Riri Williams, Bob Reynolds, and Val are the best characters to be added to the MCU since Phase 1.

Ironheart looks really good imo. Also love to see Chicago represented.

It's a disappointment Disney is getting stingy about streaming. I would love to see an Isaiah Bradley Captain America show on Disney+ taking place during the Korean War. More Isaiah Bradley please!

everyone acts like you need publisher money to make a game but you can actually just spend 10 years making it in your free time and never finish it and never be happy

The production design of Tron: Legacy is still one of my favorites today. The movie did such an amazing job bringing together traditional architectural design and graphic stylization.

When movies use Production Stills as in-world media it really bothers me for some reason.

It's been over 10 years since TRON: Evolution came out, but I have to say it has one of the best campaign and multiplayer of its generation. Really wish I could boot up multiplayer today. Put so many hours into grinding Xbox Live back in the day.

Ballard protest at the locks on new on Saturday.

Ballard protest at the locks on new on Saturday.

Court hearing Friday at 2pm.

Court hearing Friday at 2pm.

If you are in Seattle besides the general boycott on Friday - there are these two events this weekend

These are safe, non-violent, friendly events with like minded people.

I’ve never been in the courthouse in Seattle (have in other cities) so leaning towards that one myself but not sure yet.

AAA is fucked. AAAA is fucked. AA is fucked. Indie is fucked. It's all fucked. I've never seen more across-the-board devastation in this industry in the decade-and-a-half I've been here.

Our thoughts with the family & friends of Viktor Antonov. He was a visionary who added a unique and powerful voice to our medium.

Moreover, we interviewed several of his colleagues over the years and were always confronted with broad smiles when his name came up.

Thank you Viktor. Rest in peace.

Viktor Antonov was gaming’s greatest architect. City 17 and Dunwall were bold visions of our forever battle with authoritarian control; places where an imposed brutalism tried and failed to crush the life out of vibrant, crumbling European culture. His voice was vital and I’ll miss it terribly.

A good thread and see too often young writers think a game pitch is their story - it’s not, make that a novel. You aren’t writing in a vacuum and games combine many things into their story…

For example, the tests came first, an AI named glados came much, much later.

Used on the new Train remake in #cs2, these windows use the Transmissive Backface Ndotl feature in the Csgo_Complex shader. This allows lights to pass through the backfaces while also lighting up the glass mesh itself. Very neat trick!
