Exactly. I have obsessive compulsive tendencies—I will rabbit hole topics regardless of the damage. So my best bet is to nip it before it starts.

Some people collapse inward, make a shelter out of damage, prove no one can reach them the way they can reach themselves. Others rupture. And whoever's closest inherits the mess. I've been thinking of the same thing. I think making a private group on Telegram or WhatsApp would be the way to go. Then you can privately invite trusted people who can give you feedback, advice, and inspiration.

It's honestly Spotify's fault that I'm now going to pirate their app. If they weren't clusterfvcking me with ads everywhich way I turn, I'd be a good boy.

The Pirate Bay has great versions of Spotify with zero ads, forever, just so you know.
