Friends, as many of you know, Ryan passed on Christmas Day. When healthy, he was a passionate supporter of the Thorns and Timbers. An excellent man, by all human and 107ist standards.

Depending on how spicy you want it you can alternate heating the ginger to boiling and letting it cool repeatedly.

The funny thing is- my church billed itself as more progressive…but it was mostly lip service unfortunately. I’m lucky in that my immediate family moved left with me but my extended family is 80% trumpy. It’s not ideal!

It’s a trap plant that’s pretty and a sacrifice so bugs eat it instead of your veggies- plus it’s fun in salads.
If you do cukes put them at the farthest end- they can stunt the growth of other veg.
Nice! I’d do a couple tomatoes on the side that gets the most sunlight and a bunch of basil. Some favorite flowers to grow are Borage (edible and a gorgeous ultraviolet color- pollinators love it), nasturtium (some varieties vine)
