Oregon Secretary of State The Oregon Secretary of State works to maximize voter participation, is a watchdog for public spending, makes it easier to do business in Oregon, and preserves and promotes Oregon history.

To become a PCP, you file online with the Secretary of State. If you are a registered Democrat, you are placed on your county ballot (in the May Primary). You need just 3 people to vote for you. Talk to your neighbors across the street and you've got it done.
