This is a dilemma. Can’t be maga and a “true” Catholic simultaneously. A lot of the church attending Catholics in rural Illinois are hypocrites and racists and will just continue on. The Catholics in Chicago are not maga.

As a young child, I was amazed by Phil Garner. Not flashy. Just solid, steady. Ron Cey comes to mind.

After meniscus surgery, I bought a Trek Verve 2. Started slooooow. After 6 years and 15,000 road miles, I went from 206 to 150. Bring the bike inside for bad weather and hook it to an indoor trainer for 1 hour daily. Not for everyone but it worked for me. Year 19 with Rheumatoid. Best of luck
