Absolutely - there's lots of lightbulb moments! There's always ups and downs as you connect the dots but if it helps you have a better understanding of yourself then it's all worth it!
I can't relate to ARFID specifically (but one of the comorbidities I can) so my DMs are a safe space if you need.

Respect for being open about it! The learning and self-reflection can be tough when getting used to a 'new' reality (the last 12 months for me have been so I can sympathise) - so remember to be kind to yourself as much as you're able!
